Tegan (Jeffrey Scott) has Dr. Who (The Early Years) - Part 17 "Victorian Evil", the Doctor and Jamie are still at Gatewick Airport, having just said goodbye to Ben and Polly when they realize the Tardis is being stolen. After asking around, they find out the Tardis has been collected by a local antique dealer, Edward Waterfield. They schedule an appointment to see him but arrive early to scout about. The antiques they find are genuine, but brand new. Jamie says this suggests time travel....
Doc Oho's Big Finish audios reviews has Unregenerate! Written by David A. McIntee and directed by John Ainsworth, in a run-down asylum, screams echo in the halls as mysterious creatures roam, terrorizing the staff. Patients complain of betrayal rather than illness, and no-one is quite what they seem. Mel knows that the Doctor is the best person to find the answers – but she is stranded on Earth, and the TARDIS has returned without him...
He has also posted The Council of Nicaea written by Caroline Symcox and directed by Gary Russell, the year is 325AD. In the city of Nicaea, the first great Church council, called by the Roman Emperor Constantine, is due to begin. Here theology, philosophy and politics will be brought together for millennia to come. The Doctor, Peri and Erimem are there simply to watch events unfold. Gaps remain in the history books, and the Doctor has come to satisfy his curiosity.....
Shadowlocked reviews Frontios, ...breaks the mould in that both the script and the Fifth Doctor are highly witty and quirky in tone. The story contains many amusing lines and concepts, while Doctor Number Five is unusually chipper with a nice line in funny one-liners. "As an invasion weapon, it's about as offensive as a chicken vol-au-vent," says The Doctor of the TARDIS when talking to Frontios' sceptical leaders....
The Edwardian Adventurer has 077 – The Planet of Decision (The Chase Part 6), I must admit that using the subtitles helped me discover what The Mechanoids were saying, but they still spoke in the manner that 1960s writers thought machines would speak, so there were many odd phrases filled with numbers. Truth be told, the Mechanoids are not terribly vocal. That isn’t their function, however....Podcast Review's...
