I did this as a joke originally.
The awesome fan artist Paul Hanley [link] was complaining on a forum about how a lot of people were stealing/ reusing parts of his incredible Eleven Doctors piece. He also noted that a lot of it wasn't particularly well done.
I painted this to sort of parody the fact.
I spent about two minutes on it.
