Fan Film Follies has The Masters of Luxor, in 1963, as the very first season of Doctor Who was gearing up for broadcast, the show’s format and direction were still taking shape. Writer Anthony Coburn had been commissioned to write the first four-part story, including the revolutionary pilot episode. The Nerdist has Doctor Who for Newbies: The Fourth Doctor, after five highly successful seasons in the lead role, Jon Pertwee decided to leave Doctor Who. At the end of Planet of the Spiders, the Third Doctor staggers out of the TARDIS, much the same way he did at the beginning of Spearhead From Space, and collapses to the ground, having been exposed to extremely high levels of radiation. After a tearful goodbye from Sarah Jane Smith, the Doctor dies and begins to regenerate. The frail, white-haired man fades away and a fresh-faced man with dark curly hair appears. And this was as much of a glimpse of the Fourth Doctor as audiences in 1974 would get for six months until the series returned, but who was this man?

Unreality SF has Review: Doctor Who: Find and Replace, "I think there could have been a great audio where Jo Grant met Iris Wildthyme. Tea with Morbius has The Awakening, a lot of Doctor Who stories suffer from the problem of being far too long with loads of padding, but this story has the misfortune of being too rich and deep for just two episodes.
