If there's one thing I miss about David Tennant in Doctor Who, it's the insane mid-sentence faces he makes. This lovely expression is from somewhere in the mess that is 'Evolution of the Daleks'. SUCH BAD ACCENTS. Glad Frank saved it though. Without Frank I would have killed myself with a spoon. Enjoy! Done in pencil on standard recycled white sketchbook paper, whites made grey in Photoshop, then added white highlights in Corel Painter. About two to three hours of work.
