has No one notices me says Doctor sidekick Karen Gillan, she's the svelte leggy assistant of new Doctor Who Matt Smith who has attracted attention for her sexy image but Karen Gillan reveals Matt Smith sees her in a different light and has a rather unflattering nickname for her, “It’s Plural Chins,” says flame-haired Scot Karen. “There are two apparently”, and if that wasn’t bad enough, she says that she is ignored by Doctor Who fans when she and Smith make public appearances together.

Doctor Who Filming has posted "Well that's it for this year. The Doctor Who production team are off on their Christmas hols (with Steven Moffat ending up on the same train as Matt, Karen and Arthur - almost a story in itself!); filming will resume next year, most likely from 3rd January, and possibly back at Atlantic College. Happy Who Year!"

ATV Today has Guest Stars for next series of The Sarah Jane Adventures revealed, several guest stars who will be appearing in the next series of The Sarah Jane Adventures have been revealed. The fourth season of the Doctor Who spin-off aired on the CBBC Channel/BBC One over the Autumn and attracted record ratings including the highest ever for the digital channel. The fourth season included guest appearances from Matt Smith as The Doctor and Katy Manning reprising her role of Jo Grant from the original series of Doctor Who....

  • The fifth season of The Sarah Jane Adventures has already been partially filmed with three stories filmed at the end of season four’s production. The remaining three stories will be filmed next year with series five broadcasting, most likely, in the Autumn of 2011. So while it is still a long way off several guest-stars for the next series have been revealed in the latest issue of The Sarah Jane Adventures.


  • James Dreyfus of Gimme, Gimme, Gimme/Thin Blue Line will be guest-starring. The actor also appeared in the final season of superhero comedy My Hero but has played serious roles with appearances in Waking the Dead and Casualty.
    Australian actress Christine Stephen-Daly is best known for her role of Dr Lara Stone in Casualty between 2001 and 2004, her other roles include The Bill, House of Saddam and Cutting It.
    Also appearing in the next series of The Sarah Jane Adventures is Peter Bowles best known for his role of Richard DeVere in the BBC sitcom To The Manor Born between 1979 and 1981, reprising the role for the 2007 one-off special.

Wearing Tom Baker's iconic outfit in The Justice League Recombination was actor Kevin Sussman (who plays comic book store owner Stuart). The Confessions of Who has Let it snow (or not), "I've just waded through about two months of Who blog postings to catch up on Who news... and whilst I don't usually pay much attention to pre-season spoilers and speculation (there's a reason why they're called 'spoilers'!), there was one little titbit that caught my eyes (yes, very blue aren't they?).
