Having been 'tagged' by Jixen slime, Starkey is in hiding from the Department and the Jixen warrior who survived K9's blast. K9 flies off to investigate rumours that the Department is imprisoning innocent aliens. Elsewhere, Jorjie clashes with her mother, Department inspector June Turner.
